i have used this company for a difficult repair plumbing work at my house. My other plumber had trouble taking off parts of my faucets an asked me to just cut them out and replace by another new sets. i am glad that i found John from Lokert, he came and worked with the faucets patiently using different solutions and finally able to release all parts of the old faucets and finished all the work required to give me back the faucets that i want. Good work !!
I called for a quote and the person on the phone didn't have a clue of what she was talking about. They wanted to charge me to come out and give me a quote. Sounds like they contract out the work to a variety of plumbers. I had to give 1 star or else I would give zero stars
