We stayed last Friday. Room was very clean and very nice size. This was our second time we’ve stayed here and have been very pleased. We can bring our bikes right into our room without have to carry up flights of stairs like most hotels. And it’s right on bike trail, will stay again.
Stayed last weekend and was horribly disappointed. The room was very small, it was impossible to warm the room up to a comfortable temp, there wasn't enough towels and wash cloths for the two of us, the roll of toilet paper was wet, and I found a dirty wash cloth hanging behind the bathroom door. I also thought the price for the room was outrageous. I have stayed at 5 star hotels for less.

This would be the 2nd time we stayed at the Lokens Rushford Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lolly is a wonderful asset to your business . She is an extremely hard worker and has great customer service. She went above and beyond for us the whole weekend. Attentive, accommodating, with great customer service! First time staying here, and fell in love with the place right away. Deb was so kind and attentive. The entire place was immaculate. Walking in the lobby, there was just a clean smell and the bedrooms with awesome. Bedrooms were very neat, mini fridges were spotless, shower water was nice and hot, comfortable beds, and asked for extra blankets, provided immediately no issue. I would recommend this place ten times over. I loved my stay,
