I went in for a few questions and they answered every small inquiry I had. Unlike other bike shops I was treated as a human here and will definitely drive (or ride) the long distance to have these guys fix my bike.
This place is the real deal. They are Super Nice, no arrogance, and very knowledgeable. I have a new favorite bike shop in the north side of Indy.
I can't say enough good things about this shop! They have fixed two bikes for me that I thought were unable to be repaired. The price was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding! I would definitely buy a bike here.
Jim and the gang @ LōKē Bicycles are the best! They will take all the time needed to make sure you are totally satisfied with your bicycle, and that the bike fits you!! I didn't get that at the other places I went to while shopping!
