Last summer Loke Bicycles was my go-to source for nutrition gels for the Ironman training season. Also, when it was discovered that my wheels were essentially warped from the heat of braking, Jim knew exactly where to send them to have them both fixed in a timely manner. On top of all that, the weekend right before the race my power meter died; Jim was on it as soon as I brought the bike in, and the power meter was fixed by Wednesday!
