I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

I have been seeing Dr Lockareddy for a couple of years now. I recently had an appointment with him. As I walked into their office, I noticed that their office was repainted. It looked great. The front desk girl greated me as soon as I walked in. It is very nice to be greated. I had a few questions about my insurance and a balance so she had the other billing girl answer my questions. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
