If I could give a NEGATIVE -10000 I definitely would!!!! Was sent threw TWF got a printed report after my appointment. SSOO MANY things INCORRECT!! To start the name in the paperwork isn't my name!! For 2 weeks now been trying to ask her to make the corrections put MY name on the report, she has REFUSED every single time. To her patience if your name has 6 letters starts with an S & ends with an A I have your medical report!!!
