I had an amazing experience with Tracy, was dealing with leaving a long verbally abusive marriage and my self esteem and self worth was no longer there. She gave me the tools to learn how to relove me again! I highly recommend and will continue to use her for therapy sessions!

Not a good experience. She used anything told to her as a reason why the issues were arising. Blaming the past and shaming the present state. Then, she requested a support session and immediately started out with a hipaa violation. I stopped the conversation before the end of her first sentence “well person said this about you….”. I said the session was over and tried to walk out - She then said hospitalization was needed, sent a referral and said to call if anything needed. Went to hospital and no referral. Tracy is amazing. She is kind, intelligent, compassionate, and tough, and she has managed to be all these things at the right times. Most importantly, she has helped me to want to make change. And the office is in a great location. It is by the water, easy to find, and rather quiet.
