I rented a house from them for a year, they told me that my move out date was August 31 of 2026. I agreed because that is when the lease was over which I agreed to with them. They had me turn in keys the 31st and everything, however they are trying to charge me an extra 14 days in September. I don’t even have access to the place anymore. They also don’t pay utilities on time so the water and other utilities will get shut off just a little FYI
Great work and people. They make it happen and are very friendly to the working man and his hours. Fix things quickly and are very friendly when it comes to settling issue with other neighbors or rental properties and it's units.
