LOI is a Pretty Chill Guy and I like him . Moved to the East Bay recently - I was nervous about finding a barber in the area to get a fade, and chose Loi's because it was near my workplace. I'm glad I went - great haircut for $22! And they accept credit card. Loi is very fast and efficient.
