I have bought and sold all of my houses with the assistance of Lois Ann Disponett Realty and her group. Every experience has been great and very professional. Would recommend them to any and everyone!
They never updated the sign, in front of the house to say sale pending, or sold. Didn't have a represent at closing. Didn't give us the house keys. Didn't remove the lock box from the door for 4 days. I had to call them to get the combo for the lock on the crawl space and shed for the plumber. I would not use them at all.
