Our family has been seeing Dr. Spangler for over 10 years. I have always been happy with the service we get here. She has been helpful for normal visits and for extra visits when eye health issues was a concern. I would and do recommend. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Dr Spangler is a fantastic eye doctor who takes the time to go over results and questions with you. My only concern is the lack of frame choices below $200 for those with limited insurance and funds.
After bringing my family in for our insurance-covered routine screening, I ended up paying quite a bit out of pocket for some extra services that were snuck in during our visit. We ordered glasses, but then had to pay even more money before we could pick them up because of "billing mistakes" during our first visit. When the dust settled and I put on my new glasses... one lens was perfect, the other horribly out of focus. All in all a disappointing and frustrating experience.
