I’m disappointed that my husband picked this location. We needed our vehicles retitled and inspected after moving to the area and figured we might as well just get it done in the same place. They rescheduled my husbands inspection TWICE and then failed his vehicle for having a dime sized rust hole in the bumper. Told us it was “structural” and needed to be fixed. $800 later we have a new bumper but we had to get the work done elsewhere since the owner said he would call around to get us price quotes on the part and we never ... read more

I would like an explanation for the one star. Is it the money we saved you being able to repair the exhaust manifold than have to replace it after it was found to be the cause of the leak that no one heard? Or was it the intermediate exhaust pipe that we replaced and made sure to reuse the muffler to again save you money. I personally did the enhanced inspection on your 2007 Toyota Matrix and was the one to go over the estimate in detail with you and your father the night you came it to pick it up. Don't waste your time! Go to Dunkles. Had to get a title signed. Would be $5.00 at Dunkles. He watches the title being signed and then proceeds to charge 44.72 to our credit card. He waited until AFTER the title was signed and the card was swiped to mention there was a 38.00 fee for anything that has to do with a title. The only visible signs for notary at his location were signs that stated $5.00. Total fraud.
