Where do I start from the annoyed staff to the money hungry Dr Rudy. I am so upset after being without vision for 4 years in my right eye and to have finally be 20/20 in that eye to now them holding my prescription for said contacts. 3 trips to have exam after exam & nothing to show for it according to Dr rudy. What a waste of six months. Having had multiple surgeries with Dr D., who is professional, to then be given to Dr Rudy who is a lying 🤥 dr. ! What a shame he is in the practice to ruin the whole Kent office.
I would recommend North East Eye Surgeons to anyone. I was there this morning and I did not have to wait to go to a room. I did not have to wait for a doctor as well. When I had a question about the paper work, someone helped me out, and they were nice about it. Five star.
Worst customer service. Every time you have to wait hours for any appointment. 20 minutes with doctor and 2 hours waiting time. Stay away from Fairlawn location.
TSCPC surgery to lower eye pressure worked too well. Pressure went to 2 and eye collapsed. After a couple visits, said he could do nothing, sent to retinal doctor to keep eye on possible tear or detachment. Numerous doctors and 16 months later, pressure varies between 3 - 9 and is presently at 4 with appointment next week for retina monitoring again.
I waited 20 minutes in the lobby before my appointment, filling out paperwork. A Less than pleasant technician took me back to a room where she took another 20 minutes to enter into a computer everything that I wrote on my paperwork. Then she (the rude technician )did the entire exam on my eyes.!!! When I asked for a tissue, she said help yourself and pointed to the box. Which, of course, I could not reach from the chair.. she had to pull the machine back from me so I could get up and get a tissue for myself! After the e... read more
