I made an appointment at the new location after being told they take my insurance only to learn they are out of network due to being at Costco. I considered keeping my appointment and just paying out of pocket but learned I couldn't order contacts or glasses at the appointment because I am not a Costco member. I learned all of this the day before my appointment and it left me scrambling to get into a doctor during my last few days of vacation.
Dr. Bob is about the nicest human being that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Great to know you Brad
Ever since Eyetique took over it has been a terrible place of business. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here for exams, glasses, or honestly anything else. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner, do not know how to do billing properly, and have lied about when the product will be ready. I am still waiting for a refund after 2 months of complaining.
