I just wanted to let you know that it is not a good business, they are rude, they do not give you documents quickly and they steal from you. I say this from experience. Be careful because they do not notify you that when you leave them for incompetence they will carry out a threatening audit.

Good afternoon, this agency is disgusting, everyone is rude, they do a bad job and they also raised my car charge without warning, be careful who you deal with because there are hidden charges.
I sold my house 4 months ago. I had a homeowner's policy with this company. I am still waiting to get my refund check. I can't get anyone to respond to me why it's taking so long to get my refund. I miss Schroeder Insuance. Steve would NEVER tollerate such poor customer service.
