Doctor Logothetis has always provided excellent care. He is quite attentive and provides excellent answers to all my questions. He is very capable and explains complex issues in a manner I can easily understand.
Dr. George Logothetis has abandoned his patients ... a major ethical breach. He never notified his patients in writing about his decision to stop seeing patients and move to another state. Medical ethics guidelines suggest at least 90 days written notice to all patients. We learned of his decision only because a visit was scheduled on May 28, 2019 and was told at that time that he would be gone forever in less than 24 hours. Dr. George Logothesis is a kind and supportive doctor who listens to the patients issues and take appropriate action. He explains what is going on and always talk to you about the options available. The data is equally amazing. From the time you walk in, until the time of exist, you just know you are in great hands. Dr. George Logothetis supervised my admission at NYU for aortic valve replacement. Without his level of knowledge and care, I might well have died. Although he is my cardiologist, he is also keenly interested in all the facets of my health. Sometimes a physician acts as a friend as well as being a clinician. I would unreservedly recommend him.
Was a patient for 3 years now that I was having a problem I felt the doctor was disrespectful by not willing to answer questions about some tests he performed for my heart. I wonder if his doctor treated him the same way what his reaction would have been. No one should keep any doctor that cannot answer questions about a patients health!
