Worst customer service ever. When discussing issues, supervisor hangs up on you. Request to talk to CEO, get a blind voice mail that does not tell you whom you the mailbox belongs to. Ask for a phone call, receive email from CEO that says he is too busy to return a call. Return an email, and again get an email back from CEO, explaining how he is too busy to return a phone call. Could say more, but its a waste of time because this company doesn't give a crap about the poor customer service.
RecommendedIt can be a little expensive, but there have been some really good books offered for free, and a few heavily discounted every month. After awhile you can build up a pretty good library just by getting these. It is user friendly. The customer service is really great.
Even the Basic packages give the most learned explorer a plethora of engaging content that never ceases to challenge many of our preconceived notions of God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Deepen your knowledge and study with any package. Don't let the prices stop you, there are very reasonable terms available, and customer service is a cut way above!!
