Logos is very unprofessional and does not return calls or messages. They have been consistently dropping the ball since is I first looked at the apartment to now that I’ve been renting through them for a few months now. I should have know when I have to reschedule getting my keys for the apartment because the leasing agent forgot them when she showed up to give me the keys and then she was going to go out of town right after. We applied to an apartment from Logos Properties and had a rough experience to say the least. Per the terms and conditions of their online application, if an applicant does not receive any notification regarding approval or non-approval within 10 days (not business days), they are supposed to receive a refund for their application.
