Placed an order with David at Logopro Australia 3 months before our event. He took a large deposit from us upfront but said all the right things so I had no reason to be concerned. Our products were due to arrive 2 weeks before the event but we didn't receive the delivery so we tried to chase it up. We were ignored until the day of the event. They only answered the phone because we called from a withheld number and David said he would call us back in 10 minutes. This did not happen and the event was ruined for us. The event ... read more

Horrific experience. Logopro Australia are not a company to be trusted and I would recommend using anyone but them. Ripped off and not happy. We are not the only company they owe money too. Avoid at all costs.
