DO NOT GO TO LOGIX! – Don’t go to Logix! After the contract is signed, the account manager disappears. No follow-up, no response neither on email nor phone. The installation has not through yet, and you are bind with the contract. I advised you to read through the contract, including the small print before you sign anything with them.

Mike Tanner with Logix lies – Logix Communications gave me terrible service. They lied from the beginning, and still are after I canceled and they're still trying to get me to pay for service that had many outages, lost calls, and dropped internet. Mike Tanner, their Sales Manager, lied to me about how the service would be guaranteed and, and kept lying after our many repeated calls in for repair.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & EQUIPMENT – Absolutely AWFUL from day one. Our small business recently moved to a new building and contracted Logix for our phone & internet service only 5 months ago. Since then both phone & internet has malfunctioned more than 10 times!!! How are you supposed to run a business that way!? The tech support came out, while having a personal conversation on his cell phone, and unplugged the modem/receiver & plugged it back in & told us to to that next time it happens. Are you kidding!?!
