Simply the worst. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will readily lie and customer service people have very little knowledge of any aspect of their service. The service is horrible and they are a nightmare to deal. They will fee you to death. Beware of this company. If I had read the reviews I never would have let them in the office. You have been warned.

Our experience as a Logix customer is a nightmare. The conversion was a huge problem as they blocked many of our international calls, and it took many customer service phone calls to correct the problem. Their technology seems to be outdated as simple things like call forwarding is a problem for them. I would not use Logix again under any circumstances.

The worst Telephone company I have ever encountered. They Told me I was ordering a regular telephone service but then when you talk to the orders department it turns out what they are actually planning to install is ip based telephony service. When you cancel the order, it turns out they have a thousand dollar order cancellation fee even though no service was ever activated and no order was even processed. My advice is to run as fast as you can from these people. Total scam

I got tired of sending notices to Logix and decided to file a complaint with the SEC about issues related to their billing and their service. The company has been notified in writing twice and have not responded. Without going into long details of this situation, I would suggest staying as far away from this company as possible. Here's the FCC complaint number 12-C00433392 if anyone wants to check it out.

The Logix Gigabit fiber network us far better than the best-effort cable guys.

To Expensive – Who pays for long distance anymore? at logix you do. I was quoted an introductory price and each month my bill is twice or more what was quoted. No one wants to keep an eye on the clock when making long distance phone calls in order to keep the bill from running up. Get with the times Logix.

LOGIX outdated network – The real problem with LOGIX is their outdated network. LOGIX uses ATT T-1's to connect their customers to a LOGIX switch in each of their markets. The LOGIX switches are so old they have to buy spare parts on ebay. They are not investing in their network at all. Also, they buy the cheapest T-1s from ATT, this network design puts all LOGIX customers on old ATT copper circuits and not more expensive ATT fiber circuits. Incompetent sales people and technicians. – Before and during their sign-up process, I made sure our internet service was going to be 2 MegaBYTES/sec and not 2 MegaBITS/sec. I outlined the speed difference (8x difference), linked to articles that explained the difference; and did this many times throughout our sign-up process. MANY times. Wow--live bodies! – I see some negative reviews for Logix that I find humerous honestly. Every phone/internet company has outages due to poor weather. Logix does go out from time to time, but what most customers do not realize is the cables in the ground belong to AT&T. Majority of the time slow dispatching time from Logix is due to AT&T. Logix is the only company I know that is open literally 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. They do not close ever nor do you as a customer ever get an automated system.
