The team here is absolutely amazing. I had to pick up a vehicle with my five-year-old daughter. And they were incredibly compassionate and kind wonderful people highly recommend if you have to utilize the services.
Absolutely the worst place to ship your vehicle. The staff are condescending and rude, especially the lady with the black hair in the front. Definitely deserves 0 stars. Literally makes me not even want to go through the process of shipping the car. That’s how bad it was.
This is an excellent group of folks who know EXACTLY how to make sure your car gets to where it needs to go and that all paperwork and any issues are addressed ahead of time. The website enables easy appointment scheduling; the app enables you to track your vehicle; every single piece of info you need to provide is detailed on the website and there are explanatory sessions every Wednesday to ensure customers arrive ready to ship their vehicle. Have now used twice.
