Jameson is an awesome person. He's so easy to work with and really knows his stuff with all things real estate. He helped us find and purchase an amazing home within our price range and he has all the connections to do any work needed on the home or buy any new appliances, etc. I highly recommend Logic Real Estate for buying or managing properties.
Jameson made the home buying process very smooth. He was very patient and professional and offered an array of services besides just being the realtor on the job. He helped us get new appliances, scheduled updates that we wanted to the interior and exterior of the home at a great price. He's well connected and highly recommended.
Logic is by far the best property manager I have had the pleasure of working with. They do a great job of making sure residents are cared for while providing good strategy for owners. They’re very knowledgeable with lots of experience and I could not be more pleased with how they operated our property. We also received great feedback on Logic from our residents. Can’t wait to work with them again in the future!
The people who work for this company are nothing but incompetent. The mowing company they used ran over my dogs stake in the yard and broke my $40 leash. When I brought it up to them they claimed that the lawn mower couldn’t have done it because none of them are damaged. The stake is super thick and there’s nothing that could have snapped that in half, it was broke the day they mow the lawn. They refused to provide compensation but said the mowing company will give $20 as a kind gesture yet I hadn’t seen that on our account.... read more
They refuse to assist with anything. There has been break ins, harassment from the Neigbor, and on going legal issues that they refuse to assist with. They lie about security cameras being functional. Th offer no assistance to tenants for safety. You’re lucky to get a response from them but the response will never be helpful. The company is bad and they only hire indifferent and hateful people to work for them.
