SCAM!! DO NOT USE. Where to start, was assigned the company through American Home Shield. They scheduled without calling. Didn't show up. Showed up a day later unannounced. Told AHS the faucet was under warranty and therefore not covered so I could hopefully pay them out of pocket. Owned the place for over a decade and never had a new faucet or any that kind of plumbing work done. What faucet do you know of that have that kind of warranty? NONE. Shady people, shady company. Cannot recommend enough you STAY AWAY.

Very unprofessional. Was assigned this plumber via American Home Shield home warranty. From the start, the dispatcher was very unprofessional about booking a time. He sent someone to my house without warning. The person they sent barely inspected the faucet, but claimed it needed to be replaced. They then lied to the home warranty company saying the faucet was covered under lifetime warranty, when it was not.
