Basement was flooding and they came under an hour to save us!
Very unprofessional. Was assigned this plumber via American Home Shield home warranty. From the start, the dispatcher was very unprofessional about booking a time. He sent someone to my house without warning. The person they sent barely inspected the faucet, but claimed it needed to be replaced. They then lied to the home warranty company saying the faucet was covered under lifetime warranty, when it was not. This was to try to get my to pay them directly out of pocket on the day of to replace the whole faucet, instead of th... read more
