Giving them a single star is still one star too many. This has been the worst home health company that I have ever been apart of. They are very unorganized from top to bottom. I question their ethics and wonder if they even run a legitimate company. For one thing, anytime you call and ask to speak to their PT coordinator, Diane, or Abu, who is the Director of Nursing, the receptionist will cover the phone with her hand and ask those two if they will take a call from so and so.
