I use a Top to Bottom approach when inspecting homes. I use this approachwhen Inspecting the roof and exterior, every room in the home and even theHVAC systems and appliances. This system helps me find every defect andensures I dont miss anything. During the inspection, I take pictures ofevery defect and at the end of the inspection I load all the photos on alaptop and go over all of my findings with you and take my time explainingthe solutions and recommendations. I also make sure the buyer understands how to work their new home. A homeis a like a big machine with moving and breathing parts and its importantthat you know how to run it so that it lasts a long time and stays in goodcondition.
