Today I was able to walk through with Johnny while he completed my home inspection. He was not only thorough, but he explained everything he was checking, why, and what he was looking for. He clearly explained what he found and the severity of each item he was listing on the report. He made me feel informed, confident in the purchase, And knowledgeable what needs to be done for the safety of having small children in the home.
Could not have asked for a better home inspector! Johnny was kind, informative, thorough, and professional and he walked us through exactly what to expect from the process and the results he gathered from the inspection itself. He made sure we understood each one of his recommendations and he was incredibly patient as I asked a million questions. I cannot recommend his services more highly!
