They substituded my hard drive without any authority (which is illegal), $100 diagnostic fee， $10/min wifi usage，$100 for looking files in your own harddrive, and you know what the best part is? The camera sight left a little corner in the store for him to do some "repairing work"! Bravo! Short cut—— scammers.

I dropped my laptop off because they said they specialize in water damaged laptops. So initially Jorge told me 5 days to fix. I had to follow up consistently for 2 weeks and it was never ready. So I came and picked it up. Jorge called me back and said he finally got the part he needed and to bring it back. I did and 2 weeks later (1 month) it was ready.
