The only reason this company did not get 5 stars from me is because Vincent told me they would fix (rake up & smooth over) the tire tracks from their vehicles. It had just rained 3 inches so the soil was soft and they ran their trucks over a place where our water main is and left tracks everywhere. But they DID NOT rake out or fix any of their tracks! Did a bunch of property damage. Refused to give us their insurance info. Accepted liability for 500$ when it was obvious the damages where far more and contractors quoting for damages quoted far more. Totaled our fountain, a lumber pile I had that I was going to use to build a deck. Dropped rounds on our driveway damaging it.left a huge mess in the street. Their workers where working pretty fast. Left a mess on the property....water bottles everywhere! Did not clean up after themselves. Kind of ridiculous.

These guys are amazing. They were contracted by PG&E to correct a problem created by another tree service a couple of years ago on our property. They communicated clearly and cleaned up nicely. If it weren't for the missing trees you would have never known they were here!
