We visited on 3/30/2019 based on recommendations from friends. I'm so very glad we did! Purchased a new washer because my 4 year old non-American big box store one was on a voluntary recall. The staff at the Strykersville location was so helpful and patient with me as I pondered over my choices. Delivery was on Monday- the delivery/installer team was great. Very efficient and ran through the basic operations again with me! We'll be back for more appliance purchases! Thank you!
Over the past decade, we've bought our washer, dryer, microwave, and dehumidifier from both the Yorkshire and Strykersville locations. We have experienced excellent customer service every step of the way. When the time comes for more appliances, I know where we'll be going!
Every appliance in our home has been purchased from Logel. Their entire staff from store to delivery to repair. Whatever needs to be done, will be taken care of. I've known the ownership family for 30 yrs. Amazing people and sell quality products.
Prices,variety, excellent customer service
From the shop in Yorkshire where we started out to the one in strykersville everyone was very helpful. Guided us and helped us find the perfect replacement refrigerator!!
I was referred to Logel Apliances by a friend and what a pleasant surprise to have the lady I spoke to at Logel step me thru what I could try with my refrigerator before they sent someone out and I had to pay a service call/repair charge. What she suggested worked like a charm! It takes an honest business to offer what they did and lose out on a service call. They are my go to place for appliance repair from here on out! Kudos Logel!
