The care is ok. The dentist is always wanting me to do more care that is very expensive. I had an appointment scheduled that I was not able to keep. I called and let them know that I had to cancel. I call today to reschedule the appointment and interacted with a rude scheduler. She said that I could walk in and sit an wait until someone could see me. The office is clean and comfortable, which is a good thing as the majority of your time you will be waiting! The main issue we have with this office is that they constantly overcharge and try to charge lab fees. According to the insurance, they cannot charge for a lab fee. Buyer beware as this office routinely overcharges for almost all procedures and you will end up with a credit balance that you will have to harass the office before they will return your money. Today I came to my 5:00pm appt to be told they closed at 4pm. Lady in blue, Hispanic, did not get her name decided to argue with me instead of giving an incredible customer service experience. A tall black lady was standing there as well, she said nothing. I showed an email and my Google calendar showing that my appt was for 10/12/2021 at 5pm. She still denied it. I went in for some tooth pain. The dentist told me I needed TWO root canals. Last time I went they needed ro give my daughter a root canal for a cavity that wasn't even hurting her. At that time I was told that I had a dental "savings plan", not insurance and I had to finance $2,076 for my kid's root canal... and they charged my INSURANCE company $990.
