Need better meats. Sirloin too much gristle
Went to Logan’s Roadhouse 313 S Veterans Pkwy Normal, IL on Wednesday the 18th of September 2019. We (party of four) arrived about 1630hrs. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and the atmosphere was good. Brad was our server and he was very attentive and did an excellent job. We ordered some sort of Dorito appetizer with salsa and sour cream toppings. They tasted okay if you didn’t mind finding a long human hair in your food. If I want great food, this is where I go. Reasonable prices, good atmosphere.
I visited here 3/19/19 and was really disappointed. The steak wasnt done as I wanted, the shrimp I ate wasnt done either and the rice pilaf was so called a bed for the shrimp was very little. The waitress and mgr gave me half ass answers when I discussed this matter. I WON'T be going back
The to go hostess is very rude & not welcoming every time I come in there . .. they give you a different price every time you order and it’s for the same item and when I questioned the price she told me that’s the price & she didn’t make them which is rude and unprofessional.. I use to eat there at 3 times a week because of the diet I’m on and it’s easier I stopped because of her the food is great
Nice hostess. Asked for a table, waited 15 minutes and they tried to seat us at a booth. Had to remind them we were waiting for a table. Waitress was nice and did her job well. Food came out in good time but was not hot. Luke warm fries, broccoli. Ribs were warm. Fried shrimp were good temp. Overall this visit was okay.
Service was terrible had to wipe off my own table had to go get my own silverware ordered a steak edits in the back twice didn’t and I didn’t even have steak sauce that was pretty bad
Could not tell you how server or food was since we sat at the bar area for more than 10 minutes around noon on a Sunday before a server came around and that was as we were preparing to leave. We live about 15 minutes from this restaurant and eat out frequently. Good thing there are many other restaurants with similar menus that appreciate regular clients.
Not used to different servers for drinks that took a little longer to get. Husband's steak ordered med rare, was delivered "blue", as in raw. Server seemed more interested in making salads and small talk, rather than bringing the check. It was not that busy. To deliver my check with other customer's food in hand insinuates there isn't enough staff, yet the place is crawling with servers and clearers.
