I ate at the Logan’s on N Maize Rd in Wichita Ks on 3/20/22 I arrived at 14:50 and ordered some appetizer which we never got, had to tell the waitress to cancel the order and remove it from the ticket this was after 20 mins waiting, the waitress apologized and said they were short handed. Truly Terrible! Avoid if possible. Why: quick background, I'm a Chef and retired LE. 1) Drink my wife ordered had to be sent back three (3) times for not being anything close to a Cosmopolitan 2) Food was Ice cold, the side of FF was smaller than a McDonald's small. Catfish was way underdone and mushy. Had to ask for Salt, pepper and ketchup twice. Broccoli was so overcooked (kitchen staff was soo busy playing and joking with each other to properly cook). While traveling with a party of four. We decided to eat at Logan’s b/c it was getting late. Server was great, everything else was horrid. My party ordered a steak which was cold, a burger and my fiancée had ribs. (In addition we were celebrating our anniversary) I ordered a salad. I really love the restaurant. I am so happy for the food and service. Your server,. Elijah Dolin, is the best. My cousin and I were there on Thursday. It was extremely busy, but we did not have to wait. Elijah was real busy but he always would walk by to see if we needed anything. Every restaurant needs a server like him. So, thank you Elijah, for being so awesome.

Big Disappointment. They do NOT even deserve 1 star. Placed an order for pickup, only to get home missing items. Called the Joplin store - spoke with 2 different people then placed on a 17 minute hold. Visited to the "contact us" on their website...1 FULL week later still no response from anyone. Do NOT waste your time or hard earned money - they do not care about customer service or how their customers are treated.
