Always Good! Service is always friendly...the best salads around. The rolls are just plain "evil"! As for the person complaining because they were charged for two glasses of tea...well....you ORDERED TWO glasses of tea.
SO SO experience We had a so so experience with Logans. They were good but the steak wasnt seasoned very well and the baked potatoe wasnt quite done and my husband whom has a problem swallowing so he drinks alot requested to glasses or a pitcher of tea and I had water well they charged him for the TWO glasses of tea and he was only trying to make their lives easier. PROS: good proportions CONS: needs better seasoning
Always good We have frequent this Logan's since it is near our home. We always have great service and good food. The Servers are very attentive and want to make sure your meal is just right. The prices are reasonable and you never leave hungry. It's a great place for a quick meal, a celebration, or even for takeout. You won't be disappointed.
Manager insisted I was lying about marinara sauce being spoiled My experiences with this Logan's in the past had been fine, however after last time I went I will not be back. I went with family, and my sister-in-law ordered the combo appetizer (which comes with cheesesticks) and my brother had ordered cheesesticks as well. I took one of the cheesesticks and dipped it in the marinara sauce that came with his order, and it tasted like it was moldy or had been left out. Terrible, last three trips. Took long breaks between. Never improved. Don't bother asking for manager either. They got your $ ,they are done with you. Horrible. Longhorn , Hickory Falls,several others make these guys look like Taco Bell.
I went there a couple weeks ago with my kids & all i got was bad service plus their new food is nasty. My son loved their chicken tenders before the change then i wasted my money bc he tried them & said they was gross plus the fries wth why shoestring fries for real if we wanted that we would go to Steak n Shake also their hamburgers was wayyy overpowered with seasoning. Half of our food was thrown away. The server she was seating in the corner eating & drinking herself while we had no rolls in our glasses was almost empty!!... read more

Logans Roadhouse should Hit the Road! – My partner and I went to this Logan's and this time along with the previous time were extremely disappointing. Server was spread too thin. The server brought no dinner rolls. When my entree was brought out approximately 30 minutes later, my entry of a sirloin steak and shrimp was unappetizing. The shrimp were over cooked and small.
