Let me start by saying I understand the rules about wearing mask... my problem starts with the fact that when we put our names on the wait list NOTHING was said to my husband about not having a mask on. We waited our 30 mins and when it was our turn to be seated the host tells us we can't be seated without a mask! if it was going to be a problem why was it not stated before we waited for 30mins? its ok though because Logans you just lost our business!!

My family of ten decided to treat ourselves to dinner. Which mind you is very rare. We drove 40 mins to Logan's in hopes of a good steak and friendly carefree service. Once we arrived, we were told it would be a 45 min wait and asked for my number. After 45 mins of waiting, I went in to ask how much longer. I was told then that we would have to split up into two tables. Which we all rode together, we all eat together regularly. I accepted that we would split into two tables.
