Idk who is back there cooking these steaks but this ain't it... a medium rare steak should melt in your mouth, not be a chewy mess.... the sides were hard and what is supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes looks like cement.

When you go to Logan’s you expect their outstanding rolls. I’ve been here 45 minutes and have heard about the rolls but haven’t seen them. The service here is ridiculous. There is barely any customers here yet the service is slow and our waitress has yet to actually get an order right for this. I ate at the Logan’s on N Maize Rd in Wichita Ks on 3/20/22 I arrived at 14:50 and ordered some appetizer which we never got, had to tell the waitress to cancel the order and remove it from the ticket this was after 20 mins waiting, the waitress apologized and said they were short handed. they refused to serve a person with a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask , even after the person explained that to the manager , this is against the law . the manager needs to be fired .

We were greeted by hostess who informed us we had to wear mask before we could be seated. Which we totally understand. We were seated at a dirty table. I immediately ask the hostess to please wipe our table. She told us she would get to it in a minute. We ordered then noticed a few waitresses not wearing their mask properly. Nose exposed. I then noticed two cooks with mask under their chin. Please if you are going to ask your customers to wear mask educate your staff on the proper way to wear them. NO double standards.

Only place in area enforcing mask mandate. Mayor of Oxford not even enforcing. Judging by all reviews you guys couldnt afford to pass up our table of 4 MINIMUM $150 tab. Wouldve probably been disappointed anyways. You guys have really gone downhill last few years. Only a matter of time til corporate shuts your doors permanently.
