Love Logan's food and service but was disappointed when I picked up my annual order of rolls for Thanksgiving. There was no butter with my order. I order 3 dozen rolls every Thanksgiving and Christmas and have for several years. With all previous orders butter has been provided with my order, but this year when I asked why there was no butter the girl said they no longer provided butter with large orders. Worst customer service and long waits for not being busy. Food good. Ridiculous wait time. Greeter was not friendly and looked hung over
My family and I went to this location late on Sunday afternoon...was not very crowded but the service was slow....we waited on our food for quite a while and when it finally arrived sadly the steaks were cold and the sides were less than what one would expect as well. For the amount of money we paid for an early supper I should not have had to go home and cook supper less then 2 hours later.
