Watched 2 hostess walk around not even acknowlege we standing at door. With MAYBE 15 customers, counting bar. After waiting without acknowledgment, decided to sit at bar. Bartender busy socializing with another couple. Upon order being placed for drink, bartender went back to socializing prior to filling order. Long walk for handicapped Nothing spectacular about this restaurant. I guess the servers are trained to turn around tables quickly. Our server asked not only for our drink order when we sat down, but also our meal order. We were only seated for 30 seconds. I had to advise this server that I was not here for fast food, but a meal. If one bad potato isn’t enough we will fix you another.. if your cooks can’t see a rotten potato when they cut it open they don’t need to be your cooks. I sent the first one back because it was rotten and got the second that was fare much worse then the first. No wonder your business is struggling to survive.

service was awful. food was great. had to wait on silverware in order to eat though. Took almost 35 mins for our drink order to come to us after it was ordered...and all i got was a canned beer. never was check on and only seen the server 3 or 4 times. it truly was a disappointing experience. first impressions are the most important one..this was my first and last time coming to this establishment...not a great impression.

Tonight I ordered a steak. Apparently the cook was not on his game. The lady at the table next to me, her steak was rare. She sent her steak back to be re cooked. My steak came out and it was still bleeding, before I even cut into it. The server placed our meals in front of us, she left the table, before asking if there was anything else we needed.
