Went In today because my newborn has the worst reflux not sleeping or eating well, Dr Simon refused to do a referral for us to see a pediatrician, he got irritated when i proceeded to ask more questions as a worried mother i felt dismissed "its very common" didnt want to leave without getting a refferal done which i said so he then raised his voice at my partner and I, told us if we wernt going to take his advice to not come back essentially. Highly recommend Drs Louise and Simon, who have both been helpful to our family for years. I found Albert difficult to understand. Also, the new doctor intern who uses Louise's room when she's not there, is wonderful, but I can not remember his name.
Louise Ting is wonderful. She always takes her time with me, is very kind and welcoming. Will be returning just for her.
Dr Steven Ting has served me well for years.
