Doctors are very thorough
After my loved one went here for over a decade they couldn’t have cared less when they died. Did not acknowledge it or me when I returned afterwards. Reception staff are rude and unwelcoming. It is messy and needs a good clean. They appear to care but they really don’t. Don’t be fooled.
I was a patient here for 12 years since moving to Qld. I always saw Simon and Steven, those 2 great. However after my last visit to see Dr Albert, all my symptoms of an injury brushed off and told me to "retire" from the gym. What sort of clown tells you to stop training. Then when addressing other issues he told me too bad to my sleep and im too old to lift weights at 39. Talk about a gaslighting doctor. Went In today because my newborn has the worst reflux not sleeping or eating well, Dr Simon refused to do a referral for us to see a pediatrician, he got irritated when i proceeded to ask more questions as a worried mother i felt dismissed "its very common" didnt want to leave without getting a refferal done which i said so he then raised his voice at my partner and I, told us if we wernt going to take his advice to not come back essentially.
