Nice Doctors
The negative reviews for this family practice have always saddened me, as my experience has been the complete opposite. Around 12 months ago my partner and I needed script refills and couldn't get into our regular doctor. We made an appoinment with Dr Rubi and after our first meeting walked out and realised we had a new doctor. Dr Rubia never makes us feel rushed. Worst GP experience ever.Even one star she doesn’t deserved, She lacks empathy and seems more focused on typing on her keyboard than actually listening to patients. We mentioned a concern, but Dr. Rubia told us to book another appointment instead of addressing it right away. What’s the point? Plus, the waiting time is terrible and she charge too much $$$.
I would give no stars if I could. The doctors take forever to see you and also in the room. If you want to be seen 1.5 hrs after your initial appointment time book in here.
