Very poor time management. If you book appointment for 1pm you should wait for 2 hours to be seen by doctor.
Nearly 1 and half hour waiting to see the doctor . Also if you have 2 issues, for example headache and back pain you should book 2 appointments. What is wrong with these doctors.
Absolutely terrible experience at Logan Family Practice. I had an appointment with Dr. Sameer, and he showed up late—over an hour past the scheduled time—while I just sat waiting. No apology, no respect for my time. When he finally saw me, the consultation felt rushed and careless. To make things worse, he prescribed me the wrong antivirals, which could have seriously impacted my health if I hadn’t double-checked with another doctor later. I have a client who regularly attends this doctors clinic and the waiting times and service from both the doctors and the receptionist are appaling. We are usually waiting up to 1hr30mins for appts. Once seeing Dr Rubia she is extremely rude, talks over us, violently types on her keyboard and gives us bad energy. You can tell no one wants to be here and its not a good attitude to have for a clinic that is supposed to care for their patients. I would not recommend. Do not waste your time.
