I have been going to Dr Rubia for 3 years and found her to be very thorough and attentive with all my medical conditions. She does run late on appointments on occasions but she is so thorough and caring I don't find it a problem. In fact when I lived in Warwick the doctor regularly ran 2 hours over the appointment time so 30 minutes or so is not a problem. I schedule my appointments on a day I'm not working. The receptionist is a very helpful friendly lady too. Great practice and health provider for me.

called and asked to speak to a nurse regarding vaccines as I am from a neighbouring clinic that needed to borrow stock. was met with a receptionist that repeated ‘how can i help’ over and over again before finally saying they didn’t have a nurse. fix your bloody attitude!!! just tell me off the bat you don’t have a nurse and don’t get offended at the fact you won’t have the answer i need. how you can help is by putting me through to the nurse! far out. literally never had an experience like that from anyone. grumpy lady.

please for the love of God do not book here. Dont even waste your time. receptionist was cold and unwelcoming, I felt like I was taking all the initiative myself by filling out the new patient form when the receptionist was literally missing for 10 minutes as i waited, and I waited 50 minutes to ultimately have to leave anyway. Waste of time and disrespectful to those who are busy and need to get things checked.

My experience with Dr Rubia Malik was quite negative. I felt that her attitude was rude and not in line with the level of care and professionalism expected in Australia. I believe this matter should be reviewed, and I would not recommend her to others.”
