Dr guckien will always be 5 stars, he cares about his patients. He takes the time to really get to know you. when I established with him I was nervous at first because I had a very traumatic experience at my previous primary care office. But once I got roomed and he came in, I knew from that initial visit I would be able to trust my doctor. he made my visit safe. He explained everything he was doing. I'm not one that usually gives reviews but in my 50 years of having a Doctor, Dr Guckien is hands down the best doctor one could ask for. I would hope to never have to change doctors again! Keep up the great work. You treat your patients like family. Great guy.
I came to Dr. Guckien when things went south with my pain doctor, desperately needing help in managing my severe, life-altering pain. Instead of offering meaningful support or exploring real solutions, I was given nothing more than anti-inflammatories and weak muscle relaxers as a so-called substitute for the opioid treatment that actually gave me quality of life. Dr Guckien has treated me for four years and helped me through rough gastric issues and other health issues faced later in life. He has made referrals to good specialists when needed for care & surgery and always follows up to make sure things go well. He understands my needs, searches & offers suggestions for treatments and explains pros/cons of each. Before prescribing meds he always explains the benefits as well as potential side effects. A thoughtful and highly professional primary care doctor.
