TL;DR: I would highly recommend Logan Smith at Legend Realty! Logan has been a long time friend and helped me purchase my first home a little over a year ago. In the weeks leading up to and after my purchase he helped me clear out the house, paint, sand floors, and many others tasks. He has gone over to my house to check for leaks when I was at work- above and beyond what any realtor has to do.
