I wouldn't give Logan any star's, but it wouldn't let me leave a review. logan, worked on my rv but he Jerry rigged everything he did for me Needless to say everything he did came apart. I have been waiting on him for 2 months now to come back and fix what he half a**Ed did in the first place. He won't return calls, and if I can get a hold of him. it's always excuse after another. I would never recommend him. rate him no star's and scale 0 to 10 definitely a 0
My black tank was cracked. Logan diagnosed the issue, replaced the bad insulation. Communication was good, mostly. However I was charged a convenience fee which I was never told about ($50). Spent about $2300 total. Now it's 8 days later and my underbelly has become disconnected and the insulation is wet again. I'm not sure if there is a leak from improper installation. Misrepresented themselves
Responded quickly and fixed the problem but it only lasted a day. Came back and fixed it without extra charge and followed up after we left the area to make sure it was still working.
I took my RV back to the dealership four times for the same problem and they were unable to fix it. Logan RV repair came out was able to diagnose the problem in about 15 minutes and fixed it. That was nine months ago and I have had no issues, we have dealt with many Mobile RV Repair 90% of the companies out there subpar waste your time and your money. I don’t typically leave reviews but I just want to get the word out if you have the opportunity to work with Logan RV repaired you’ll never look back.
