I've lived in several different apartments in San Marcos and this one is by far the best. Management is friendly, polite and helpful. The best management I've interacted with. The property is quiet and mostly clean. The units are a great size and very modern looking. My only gripe is, it seems maintenance might be understaffed. The workers who are currently working maintenance are great but it seems like there might not be enough of them to cover all of the work orders they get effectively. We are going to miss living in Logan ridge apartments, it’s a very peaceful and quiet apartment complex everyone here is sweet and respectful. When there is a problem with anything in the apartment maintenance is always there to fix the issue. Zach the manager we will miss very much. He is a awesome guy with a heart of gold. I recommend living here!
New management is fantastic. The manager Beau Snowberger is the best property manager there is. I have rented from one of the properties he was managing before, and nothing but top notch service from Beau and his team; same day service, kind/professional management style, he truly cares about his renters and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great for us. After the winter storm, my apartment was rendered uninhabitable due to a pipe bursting. Management has made absolutely zero repairs in the past 4 months. While they moved me into another unit, the unit also has extremely bad water damage. The ceiling is damaged and they had to remove the flooring. Management also said this move was "temporary," but changed the locks on my original unit without notifying me so I cannot get the rest of my things. Zach, the current property manager, has gone above and beyond with helping not only me and a unique situation, but anyone I’ve talked to at the complex. As a place to live, I could not ask for a better location, price, and overall look/feel inside and out. As far as recommending living here after the winter storm, I really can’t. Whatever third party maintenance or ownership is handling the repairs is not doing so in a timely/safe manner.
