Logan Preferred Property Management is great company to rent with. Their maintenance crew are outstanding in providing speedy, timely support in fixing, or maintaining things I requested to be fix. LPPM management is great in providing support to get things in perspective. Overall LPPM entity is an outstanding renter. Thank you, Kudo!
Had an awful experience trying to rent a property from this company. Applications from myself and 2 friends were accepted and a day was scheduled to sign the lease and pay the deposit. The day before we were supposed to sign, I called to double check and they told me we were no longer able to lease the property because they didn't want roomates. This is horrible business, I rented from them for a year and a half.. In that time I had so many problems with them and with the house. Our heater went out in Nov. called multiple times up until Feb and it was still not fixed. My power went out and everything in my fridge went bad and they gave me $50 to replace all my food... Come moving out they told me to pay $100 re-rent fee, that's understandable.. But I didn't realize that out of the $475 deposit I put down that I would only be getting $3.42 back from them. I'm not going to to go into all the details because we rented with LPPM for 5+ years and it would be a novel. Dont rent from them and don't let them manage your property. All they care about is making a profit. They don't care about you as a tenant and from what I have seen they will tell the owner anything to keep their business. Maybe it's because the owner is a relator for a big company in Cache Valley who only cares about making a buck. Maybe it's because they just don't care. Just do some research.
