Beware! My friend went to this building to conduct a market survey, and since he wasn't interested in renting an apartment the owner cursed at him and threatened his life. He called him a bleepsucking bleeperbleeper and told him he was going to get his piece and put a hole in his forehead! Ask yourself if these are the type of mobsters that you want to rent an apartment from before renting here. There are many other nearby options that conduct business in a much more professional manner than this.
It says water, trash, heat, sewer are included in rent. That's a NO. You have to pay for sewer and heating for the winter. It says there's recycling but no, it's expensive rent just be prepared it will go up every year there.
