Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
