Would rate zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like it were the plague. My mother in law went in because she was dizzy and started having trouble walking. To the point where she could not walk or stand without assistance. Doctor said they couldn't find anything wrong with her, and said to follow up with her general practitioner if she thought she had an inner ear infection because she was dizzy. Negative stars should be an option. My mother came in not being able to walk with muscle weakness and feeling off balance. History of stroke. Had to be put in a wheelchair because she physically could not walk. They never did a physical exam. Never got her out of the wheelchair. Never made her stand. Never made her walk. Did basic tests, literally told us to go get a second opinion and to see her family doctor?! Discharged us with her NOT BEING ABLE TO WALK. What is her family doctor going to do about that? If I could give negative stars I would. The nurses, staff that works in the lab, front desk staff, they are all WONDERFUL! I went last Thursday, not able to keep any liquids/solids down for 48 hours at 6 weeks pregnant & was also running a low fever, had some abdominal pain/cramping. Nurses were super caring & quickly got me fluids & nausea meds. The doctor comes in, Dr. Pamella Haws, says they will check my bloodwork & urine. They did NOT HAVE ULTRASOUND AVAILABLE. The actually nursing staff are great! 3 stars because the receptionist has no customer service skills. She's rude, I don't know if it was because I was a person of color or what. Definitely didn't make me feel comfortable to just leave my mom there.
