Skipping over people in line. Under trained staff NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN wouldn't take a dying fly there pathetic place worse now that the medical center bought them out!!!!
I ended up taking my 2 year old here on a Monday night because she was rough housing at home and hurt her elbow. I’m from out of town and was visiting family in Russellville and this was the closest ER. We got in a room almost immediately, they were very slow this night. But the clerk, the nurse, Dr. Lee, and the x-ray tech were all great! Very good beside manner with my toddler. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Specific for the Lab department- AMAZING JOB getting my autistic son’s blood drawn today! This is no small task but we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. These ladies were so efficient and friendly towards him! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 🩷
Auburn location with Cindy Bond. Never wait long to be called back, with appointment. Staff is courteous and helpful. Ms Bond is amazing. She never rushes me and answers all of my questions. She has been very patient with me, as I have had to change medications often. I wish I could’ve went to her years ago.
