Nurse Robyn is so rude and unprofessional she neglects you and won't even come to check up on u I came back from ultrasound and was supposed to be hooked back up to my iv yet to come back in here and er isn't busy her attitude is uncalled for I will be filing a formal complaint against her

Poorly run. We took my father in law in after a stent with a severly painful leg that had turned blue. They sent him home with a heel spur boot. We knew that was way wrong and took him to Bowling Green where they did emergency surgery to remove a 6 inch blood clot in that leg. Fast forward until he died and they immediately filed a claim against the estate without ever submitting that bill to Medicare or his united health care secondary insurance. I wish giving 0 stars was an option. I've never left a review in my life before but I felt this was worth the effort. If you are experiencing a cardiac emergency or any other emergency for that matter please save yourself and drive to literally any other hospital. My grandmother was transferred to this hospital from a local walk in clinic last week due to an active heart attack. Trash. This place is a joke. Only one nice and caring nurse and that was the sweet girl who wheeled me in and out.
