I had to go to the ER and Paige was my RN. She was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Very attentive and was on top of everything!!! She made the experience wonderful even though I felt horrible due to sickness. Kudos to her for being the person she is!!!! She was and is so very appreciated!!!
They charged me $8,000 for flu-like symptoms. I was working in Russellville, with a crew of five for 3 weeks from out of town. I felt bad, and Urgent Care recommended I go to the Emergency Room. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with Covid. They did blood work, a urinalysis, chest x-ray, and steroid shot. 4 hours later, I left on my own power, and was charged $8,000.
This review is specifically regarding my experience with an employee named Brittany Armstrong. I am sharing my experience so there is transparency and accountability, and so other patients are aware. Brittany initially contacted me by phone and told me that my iron transfusions were not approved by my insurance and that there was nothing else she could do regarding the situation.
