Spent less than 3 minutes talking to my husband and me. My husband has cancer and has not been able to shake a sinus/upper respitory infection so his oncologis suggested he see an ENT. This was absolutely the wrong ENT. Seemed more interested in doing a surgerical proceedure than actually helping my husband. Finally gave him a script for antibotics as he was walking out of the room. This Dr. has no personality to deal with people. Should have stayed in the research lab.
When my daughter was 5 weeks old Dr. Mark Logan took her to emergency surgery and removed a vallecular cyst in her airway, which could have ended up fatal. He then brought his kids up to the hospital to pass out Christmas presents to the patients in the NICU. Definitely pleased with him and a repeat patient for my other daughter.
Dr. Logan has completed 2 surgeries on me. With each, I found him highly efficient, effective, skilled, knowledgeable, honest, focused, professional, interested in my case and helpful. He listens, understands and possesses practical insight of what can be done to help best. He is greatly appreciated by me. Excellent physician, surgeon and person.
Dr's appt. was rushed. Did not prescribe needed medication. Had to get from a different doctor. Did not listen. Was more concerned making new appointments for other issues. Will definately go to a new doctor.
I was sent to Dr Mark Logan by my Primary Doctor for nasal issues. Dr Logan ran the necessary tests to confirm my problems. While I was nervous about having surgery I have to admit it’s the best decision I could have made. Dr Logan was very professional and very capable. No issues with the doctor. The billing office supervisor acted as if she has a personal monetary interest in the company, could not tell me the policy of how long they keep accounts open to keep accruing the monthly late fee on past due bills. Tried to make me feel bad for waiting a year to call them. Instead of sending the bill to collections, (acted as if they did a favor waiting), they kept it active which keeps tacking on the late fees. My answer is an absolute "NO". Appointment 11:30AM; got to employee outside office for COVID questions and TEMP. at 11:30. In office at 11:31. Had to fill out where we moved to. Saw Dr. Logan; after greetings, he told me I was late. I said no I was not. Well thats what his girls said. He was totally disrespectful, arrogant, obnoxious; spent 5 minutes total with me. Dr. Mark Logan completed my sinus and nasal surgery post chronic sinusitis treatment. I can breath very well again through my nose and the chronic condition of my sinuses has much improved post surgery. His surgery was completed safely during Covid times. He and his office cared for me carefully, kept me well throughout my visits and I have recovered at this time.
