No details about themselves, More apartments in Logan looking to privatize their ownership. Its interesting that in one of the sketchiest parts of town is where these people hide themselves as the property owners. Once again, no information online available. Desperation is the only selling point to any of these kinds of places. Not realizing that they are not Equal Opportunity housing by hiding themselves behind whatever they can.
