Long wait and no communication. Worst service ever. Not only that, they give broken pieces of T&g and won’t replace it after it’s found later. Avoid dealing with them if you have e a choice and if you have to, break open the packs and inspect every piece of wood. They are what’s wrong with American business. Just looking for profit and don’t care about the consumer.
